HIIT & Cardio Workout by Fitify is a free workout mobile app that enables you to workout without using any equipment. Developed by Martin Mazanec and Fitify Apps, this fitness training app offers free exercises that help in boosting heart rate and burning off fat. HIIT & Cardio Workout is great for home use if your lifestyle doesn’t leave you much time to go to the gym. These workouts are also short but impactful, mostly 30 minutes long and adjustable if you want them longer. Unlike most fitness apps, however, this one focuses more on cardio routines.

Keep up your cardio

High-intensity interval training, or HIIT, is a form of cardiovascular exercise that alternates short bursts of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. These typically continue for around 30 minutes, until you’re too exhausted to continue. HIIT workouts improved athletic capacity and condition, and have also been known to significantly reduce fat in the whole body. However, these exercises are difficult, so they’re no joke to perform. Nevertheless, the HIIT & Cardio Workout by Fitify app will provide what you need. 

This app has four unique workout programs. There is the High Intensity, which offers the usual HIIT exercises. Also included is the Light Cardio that helps in burning fat. Plyometric Jumps, on the other hand, is a series of dynamic jumps for boosting endurance and burning calories. Meanwhile, Joint-Friendly is low-impact cardio training for older people or those recovering from an injury. All in all, you will find over 90 bodyweight exercises in this app. The workouts each have clear video demonstrations on how to properly do the routines so you can just follow along as you perform them. 

There’s also a voiceover narration that will be coaching you on what to do. Over time, the exercises will adjust in intensity based on your feedback. You won’t be needing any equipment at all—although the developer has other apps offering that type of regimen. You can also build one custom workout for free by choosing the exercises, their duration, and your rest intervals. Luckily, this app works offline, as well.
